Notice the one Guardsman running away from the shooter as he tries to chamber a round for his pistol. Those precious few seconds cost lives. That’s why American cops keep a loaded chamber in their weapons — for instant self-defense from a threat. They are in active combat zones now and should be afforded the ability to instantly defend themselves.
