Importantly, I hope that McConnell heals from any harm in this incident…he is older (early 80s), and so such falls may occur more easily…I am 65, and I already feel a difference in my balance (compared to my younger days)…
Unrelated to McConnell’s fall, if the article title were read by someone who did not know about ICE as a governmental department, it could sound like attempted humor – that is, asking someone how they feel about having a “nasty fall” from slipping on “ice” (frozen water)!..
Wow, Sham Wow! I am 73, just recently retired, NOT b/c I wanted to cerebrally, but b/c my knees were a wild card in my everyday work. I am in total sympathy with Mr. Mcconell and hope he is well and able to retire in the time of his choosing. That said, I still wish for term limits on our House and Senate…all in efforts to affect the original will of our founders who envisioned a “citizen government” as opposed to a permanent governing class of “professional” Representatives & Senators
