The state Supreme Court of California has no respect for the constitutional rights, civil rights, due process or property rights of Californians. Nor do they have to do their jobs at all. There is no supervision. These judges are tyrants, lazy tyrants. Judges are total crap and deserve no respect at all.

She should have been aborted. Judges are supposed to rule on the laws already on the books not change the laws that they don’t like. That was not her place to rule against Congress. There’s got to be something that can start disciplinary action against these rogue judges instead of just a slap on the wrist. Kind of like a probationary period, then out the next occurrence.
SCOTUS has a case in front of them now, to limit or eliminate the nationwide injunction power of district judges. A representative republic should not allow for unelected 1st level judges to stop the will of the people. We can only hope 5 of the 6 conservatives see it this way. The three socialist lefties are lost.

These so-called ‘judges’ are doing exactly what they were put on the Bench to do — run cover for the Commie Democrats who appointed them. These ‘judges’ are there by design. Democrats use them when they are out of power to do their bidding for them. It has become so blatant that it is no longer ‘judicial activism’ — it is judicial misconduct. They should be impeached and removed from the Bench.
