That kind of chump is proud to have tattoos. Why don’t we just give them forehead tattoos descriptive of their crimes, such as “murderer”, “killer”, “robber”, “rapist”? Then, people will know what these folks have done previously, and be wary of them. Not enough realism for these people starting a crime career. Who raises children to act this way?
