Michigan has two majority-minority districts, splitting Detroit in half, with a few burbs in each. And if you want to talk about screwed up, they voted in Shri Thanadar & Rashida Tlaib. Michigan’s only black congressman is a Republican from the suburbs (hopefully our next Governor). All supporting the concept that people no longer vote by race. SCOTUS did the right thing.
