well the MAIL IN BALLOTS are the problem,
need ID copy included with mail in ballot and signed and dated and witness
mail in ballots where for people who were unable to get out and vote in person, like handicapped people, don’t drive,
and voting day not voting weeks and mail in ballots days after election DAY
and every town knows who is handicapped, or needs rides assistance,
