These young liberal protesters are literally PAID actors. We need to arrest and fine them 100 times what they are being paid by Soros. If it cost them $20,000 for obstructing justice, maybe they will stop. As for Target have an employee hand out slips of paper with numbers for those returns and have them wait in an area AWAY from customers until there number is called. Then have them wait for two or three hours. Or have vouchers for the cost of the salt to hand out and move them. Cost of salt compared to hourly salary for employees. Get creative folks.
